Good morning, guys! Who came to visit me. Guys.
I met a hedgehog today and he told me that he was very bored and had no one to play with. He invited us to visit. Let's go to? Let's have some fun with him.
And to do this, let's turn into hedgehogs. One, two, turn around and turn into a hedgehog.
Introductory part
We walk along the path, lifting our legs higher
Children and parents walk in a circle, holding hands, one after another.
We will walk on tiptoes, growing straight towards the sun.
Walking on tiptoes, arms raised up.
Now hurry up and run a little.
Running hand in hand with your parents.
Enough, enough, stop, we are now walking smartly.
Walking and restoring breathing.
Here we are at the hedgehog. Guys, now we will give you a massage. Take massage balls and you and I will massage our arms, tummy, and legs.
II. The main part of the outdoor switchgear
Hedgehogs, each take a ball for yourself and stand where it is convenient for you so as not to interfere with each other. We will massage with a ball.
- “Rubbing the palms” I. p.: legs slightly apart, twist the massage ball in the palms and on top of the palms.
- “Hand massage” I. p.: legs slightly apart, roll the ball along the left and right hand with pressure.
- “Massage for the abdomen” I. p.: the same, use a massage ball to make circular movements in the abdominal area.
- “Massage for legs” I. p.: legs slightly apart, roll the ball along the left and right legs with pressure.
III . ATS
Now let's help the Hedgehog throw the bags into a large basket. Where are the bags? Need to search
Look at the path, let's go along the narrow path, maybe we'll find some bags there.
- “On a narrow path” - walking between two ropes. Repeat 2-3 times. Children perform the exercise independently, with help from the teacher if necessary.
Look, there are bumps all around. Let's go around the bumps, we'll walk like a snake. Maybe there are bags there.
- “Go around the bump” - walking like a snake, avoiding obstacles
Repeat 2-3 times. Children perform the exercise independently, with help from the teacher if necessary.
So the bags were found. Let's play throwing the bags into the basket.

IV . Outdoor game "Hedgehog".
Hedgehog-hedgehog, hedgehog-hedgehog, (Children approach the “hedgehog”, narrowing the circle).
You look like a thorn. (Expand the circle, moving backwards with your back).
Your needles are very, very sharp (Put your index fingers forward one by one).
We will run away, you try to catch us. (They shake a finger).
- Now I’ll catch up with you and prick you with a needle! (The children scatter and run to the house. The caught child crouches and “curls up into a ball” like a hedgehog).
V. Final part. Calmly walking around the hall one after another. Let's turn back into kids
