  • 1-2 – arms to the sides – inhale;
  • 3-4 – sit down, hug your knees with your hands – exhale. Repeat 3-4 times.

3. Inhale with your mouth wide open, exhale through your nose. Repeat 4-5 times.

Set of exercises 4 (gymnastics for the eyes)

1. Blink your eyes quickly; close your eyes and sit quietly, slowly counting to 5. Repeat 4-5 times.

2. Close your eyes tightly. Count to 3, open your eyes and look into the distance. Count to 5. Repeat 4 – 5 times.

3. At an average pace, make 3–4 circular movements with your eyes to the right side, and the same amount to the left. Relax your eye muscles and look into the distance at the count of 1 –

6. Repeat 1 – 2 times.

Set of exercises 5 (for the prevention of myopia)

1. Starting position - feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides.

  • Circular movements forward and backward. Always keep an eye on the tip of your thumb. Repeat 3-4 times.

2. Starting position – sit on a chair.

  • Close your eyes and open your eyes. Repeat 3-4 times. Perform at an average pace.

3. Extend your arm forward.

  • Look at the index finger of your outstretched hand for the count of 1 - 4. Then move your gaze into the distance for the count of 1 - 6. Repeat 4 - 5 times.
