The relevance of health-saving technologies in working with preschool children . In the modern world, the comprehensive development of children is impossible without the use of modern educational technologies . In order to achieve new educational results in my work with preschool children, I use health-saving technologies . health is one of the most pressing problems of modern society. The problem of optimizing the health and physical development of children in preschool educational institutions in modern socio-economic conditions of social development is such that a serious issue is the unsatisfactory state of health of preschool children . health indicators require effective measures to improve their health . The implementation of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions becomes an effective means of preserving and strengthening the health of children if: The state of health and his individual psychophysiological characteristics are taken into account when choosing forms, methods and means of education. Health-saving technologies are a system of measures that include the interrelation and interaction of all factors of the educational environment aimed at preserving the health of the child at all stages of learning and development. Using methods such as: dynamic pauses, outdoor and sports games, relaxation, gymnastics: finger, for the eyes, respiratory; physical education classes, healthy lifestyle classes, self-massage, I thereby increase the effectiveness of the educational process, form value orientations in students aimed at preserving and strengthening health . The introduction of health-saving technologies helps to cultivate a child’s interest in the learning process, increases cognitive activity and, most importantly, improves the psycho-emotional well-being and health of children . Helps reduce morbidity, increase the level of physical fitness, and develop a conscious need to lead a healthy lifestyle .
The topic of health is very relevant , so in my work I use various methods to preserve it in my students. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being of a person. A healthy lifestyle is an image aimed at preventing diseases and strengthening the human body as a whole. Technology is a skill , an art, a skill, a set of tools to achieve the desired result, in a broad sense, the application of scientific knowledge. Health-saving technology is a system of measures that includes the interconnection and interaction of all factors aimed at preserving the health of children at all stages of their learning and development, and the active formation of a healthy lifestyle .
The goal of health-saving technologies : providing the child with the opportunity to maintain health , developing in him the necessary knowledge, skills and habits for a healthy lifestyle .
Objectives: to form health-saving behavior of children in preschool settings, to create a comfortable psychological situation in the group, enriching it with positive emotions, to develop friendly relationships through play and communication in everyday life.
In my work with children I use the following health-saving technologies :
• Valeological and logorhythmic exercises, chants (they lift the mood, prepare children for singing, help overcome speech disorders, this is how words and movements are combined).
• Finger games (develop speech and motor activity of fingers)
• Breathing exercises (forms correct breathing, trains the respiratory apparatus, muscles, eliminates respiratory disorders).
• Art therapy (provides the child with the opportunity to play out, experience, understand a conflict situation, any problem in the most convenient way for the psyche, gives confidence to the child).
• Articulatory gymnastics (the muscles of the articulatory apparatus are strengthened, preparing the child for the correct pronunciation of sounds).
• Psycho-gymnastics – sketches, exercises, games (teaches the child to control emotions, corrects and prevents emotional disorders, overcomes barriers in communication).
• Game therapy - outdoor games, games of a competitive nature, role-playing games (lead to healthy emotional arousal, increase the child’s resistance to stress, teach them to empathize and enjoy the successes of other children, improve memory and spatial orientation).
• Music therapy (a positive emotional background is created, motor function is stimulated, the respiratory and articulatory apparatus develops, and the creative abilities of children are revealed).
• Fairytale therapy is an innovative method in working with children , which allows you to gently and unobtrusively influence a child with the help of a fairy tale, while solving a variety of problems.
I try to plan every routine moment taking into account the needs of preschoolers . Pedagogical activities contribute to the development of children without unnecessary stress and stressful situations. I try to create an environment in the group that has a beneficial effect on the students, where their interests are revealed, their abilities are formed and improved. These are the conditions in which the child’s health does not suffer . And to strengthen it and for preschoolers healthy lifestyle habits , I use all these special technologies . I also conduct conversations with parents and post information in the reception group. As a result of the work, card indexes and presentations were created .

Rhythmoplasty - no earlier than 30 minutes. after meals, 2 times a week for 30 minutes. Pay attention to the artistic value, the amount of physical activity and its proportionality to the age of the child , take into account the individual characteristics of the child.

During classes, 2-5 minutes, as children get tired. Recommended for all children as a preventive measure against fatigue. May include elements of eye exercises, breathing exercises and others, depending on the type of activity.
Outdoor and sports games - as part of physical education, on a walk, in a group room - with low and medium mobility are carried out daily.
Games are selected according to the place and time of their holding. Games for acceleration, attention with movements and musical accompaniment are also used
Relaxation takes place in any suitable room. Depending on the condition of the children and goals, the intensity of the technology . Calm , classical music is used (Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, sounds of nature.
Technologies of aesthetic orientation are implemented in classes of the artistic and aesthetic cycle, when visiting museums, theaters, exhibitions, etc., decorating premises for holidays, etc. It is carried out in classes, as well as according to a specially planned schedule of events. Of particular importance is working with families , instilling aesthetic taste in children.
Finger gymnastics It is carried out at any convenient time, during classes as needed. Recommended for all children, especially those with speech problems.
Gymnastics for the eyes is carried out daily for 3-5 minutes. at any free time; depending on the intensity of visual load. It is recommended to use visual material , demonstration by the teacher.
Breathing gymnastics is used in various forms of physical education and health work ; individual exercises are included in gymnastics after sleep. Ensure the room is ventilated; children are discussed with children about mandatory nasal hygiene before the procedure.
Awakening gymnastics - daily after a nap, 5-10 minutes. The form varies: exercises on beds, extensive washing; walking along the “path of health ”

Problem-based games (game training and game therapy)
. In your free time, maybe in the afternoon. The time is not strictly fixed, depending on the tasks set by the teacher. The lesson can be organized unnoticed by the child, by including the teacher in the process of play activity.
Communication games are held 1-2 times a week for 30 minutes. Classes are structured according to a specific scheme and consist of several parts. They include conversations, sketches and games of varying degrees of mobility, drawing, modeling, etc.

We use self-massage depending on the goals set by the teacher, in sessions or in various forms of physical education and health work . It is necessary to explain to the child the seriousness of the procedure and give children basic knowledge of how not to harm their body
Technologies of musical influence. Music therapy is effective in various forms of physical education and health work ; or separate classes 2-4 times a month, depending on your goals. They are used as an auxiliary tool, as part of other technologies to relieve stress, increase emotional mood, etc.

Groups are not formed according to one criterion - children with different problems study in the same group. Classes are conducted in a playful way.
Fairytale therapy - 2-4 lessons per month, 30 minutes each. Classes are used for psychological therapeutic and developmental work . A fairy tale can be told by an adult, or it can be a group story, where the narrator is not one person, but a group of children, and the rest of the children repeat the necessary movements after the storytellers.
Psycho-gymnastics - a course of special classes once a week for 20-30 minutes. Games, sketches, and exercises are carried out aimed at developing and correcting aspects of the child’s psyche, and preventive work is carried out with children to prevent emotional disorders.
Health-saving technologies used in combination ultimately form a strong motivation in the child for a healthy lifestyle .
Only healthy child is happy to participate in all types of activities; he is cheerful, optimistic, and open in communication with peers and teachers. This is the key to the successful development of all spheres of personality, all its properties and qualities.

Creating a health-preserving environment and developing healthy lifestyle skills in children is one of the main activities of teachers; the task of reducing emotional and volitional stress and strengthening the immunity of preschoolers through an integrated approach to developing the health of pupils . 2. During the inter-certification period, an improvement and preservation of somatic health indicators of preschool children was revealed in the group 3 . healthy lifestyle skills the age indicators of children . 4. Cognitive moments are organically combined with health-improving ones ; developing ECD is combined with breathing exercises, finger exercises, eye gymnastics, relaxation, self-massage and other health-saving technologies . 5. Creating sustainable positive motivation to maintain and strengthen one’s own health ; formation of the psychological health of preschool children as an important factor in human health in general . 6. In general, the positive dynamics of the results indicates that the use of health-saving educational technologies in the educational process with preschool children strengthens the health of children and contributes to the formation of a culture of health . 7. Cooperation between teachers and parents in this direction, their conscious activity allows the child to strengthen his internal positions and act in accordance with the criteria for leading a healthy lifestyle . Only healthy child is happy to participate in all types of activities; he is cheerful, optimistic, and open in communication with peers and teachers. This is the key to the successful development of all spheres of personality, all its properties and qualities.
Targeted work to preserve the health of preschool children contributes to an overall reduction in morbidity in our group. The incidence rate has decreased and the number of absences due to illness has been significantly reduced.
Over two years health index indicators have increased , which indicates the effectiveness of the work . In general, the positive dynamics of the results indicates that the use of health-saving pedagogical technologies in the educational process with children of preparatory group No. 10 strengthens the health of children and contributes to the formation of a culture of health .
