Summary of a drawing lesson in the second junior group “Traffic Light”.Program content:
Visual skills: Learn to decorate a traffic light, conveying its features (arrangement of colors), continue to introduce primary colors, learn to draw round objects, correctly position the traffic lights on a template.
Technical skills: Learn to paint with gouache, hold a brush correctly, learn to paint with the full bristles of the brush, learn to paint objects with paints with a continuous movement of the brush, learn to wash the brush correctly, use a cloth.
Educational objectives: To develop interest in drawing, neatness, independence, to introduce children to traffic lights and their purpose, to remember and reinforce the rules of behavior on the road.
Preparation for the lesson:
Preliminary work: Examination of illustrations in books depicting traffic lights, parents and children examining traffic lights at intersections.
Materials and equipment: Teacher - a layout of a traffic light, a ready-made traffic light template like for children, illustrations depicting a traffic light and an intersection.
Children - ready-made traffic light templates, gouache in 3 colors (in palettes on trays), brushes, coasters, rags, jars of water.
Methodology of conducting the lesson:
Part I:
- A surprise moment and a game situation. The teacher brings in Cheburashka and on his behalf tells a sad story. In the fairy-tale city where they live with the crocodile Gena, all the traffic lights are broken. And Cheburashka doesn’t know what to do.
- The teacher invites the children to help Cheburashka and draw new traffic lights for him.
- The teacher says that she has one traffic light. Offers to consider it. He asks how many lights the traffic light has, what color they are, in what order they are located, what shape they are. He asks if the lights at the traffic lights are the same size.
- The teacher shows how to draw a traffic light and draws attention to working with gouache. Shows how to paint over traffic lights, once again reminding you of the order of colors. Reminds that traffic lights are the same size.
- The teacher asks the children to work carefully and try hard. So that Cheburashka would be happy.
Part II:
Independent work of children.
The samples remain on the easel. Methodological techniques; individual display on the teacher’s piece of paper, passive movement, praise, play. Whoever completed the work quickly, the teacher gives him a new template for another traffic light (it is necessary to prepare spare templates).
Part III:
Review of works.
The teacher lays out all the work on the table and looks at the work together with Cheburashka. The teacher says, turning to Cheburashka: “Look how many traffic lights the guys have drawn for you! All the guys tried their best! Well done everyone!” Cheburashka thanks the children for their help and says that everyone is great!

The teacher brings in a toy hare with a bandaged paw. - Hello, Bunny. What happened to you? - Guys, Bunny was in such a hurry to get to you that he didn’t look around at all when he crossed the road. The teacher shows a picture of a traffic light.

- Children, Bunny says that he saw this tree by the road. It is elegant, decorated with lights, blinking like a New Year's tree. This means you can dance around it. Is this right? Of course not! - Children, what is this? (Traffic light) . -Have any of you seen the traffic light? (Yes) . -Do you know why it is needed? - Here, Bunny, listen with the guys what a traffic light is and what it is needed for. The teacher reads a poem about a traffic light: The traffic light has three windows: When crossing, look at them. If the red light is on in the window: “Stop! Do not rush! - he tells you. Red light - walking is dangerous. Don’t risk yourself in vain. If suddenly a yellow window flashes, wait, wait a little. If the green light is on in the window, it is clear that the path is open for pedestrians. The green light suddenly turned on, and now we can go. You, traffic light, are a good friend to drivers and passers-by. Physical education minute. “Chauffeurs” We drive a car, our hands hold the “steering wheel”
We press the pedal,
move our feet
on the gas, turn it off,
move our hand
We look intently into the distance.
peering into the distance
The wipers clean off the drops
with their hands and make circular movements
Right - left - clean!
The wind ruffles your hair, your hands ruffle your hair.
We are drivers anywhere! - Guys, let's show Bunny what kind of lights our friend the traffic light lights up.
Didactic game “Light up the traffic light” There are two large images of a traffic light “without lights” on the board. 6 children are given mugs of a certain color: red, yellow, green. Task: you need to “light the traffic light” correctly. The rest of the children observe, correct, and check that the task is completed correctly. - Guys, Bunny understands everything now. He wants to introduce traffic lights to his friends too. But how will he do it? After all, there is not a single traffic light in the forest. Let's help the forest animals and make traffic lights for them. Application “Traffic Light” Children are given ready-made traffic light shapes and circles of the required colors. They first select the mugs of the required color and place them on the form. After explaining and showing this task, the children carefully glue their “lights”.
Bunny says thank you to us for teaching him a lot. He is in a hurry to see his friends, but now he will be careful on the road. Let's say again how to cross the road: 1. Only when the light is green. 2. Look first to the left, then to the right. 3. Walk quickly, but don't run. - Goodbye, Bunny! Come visit us again.

The teacher asks the children questions to consolidate their acquired knowledge:
So, can children play on the road? (No). That's right, well done, we can't play on the road because it's dangerous for our lives. Now tell me where to cross the road? (On the pedestrian crossing). Absolutely right, we cross the road only in specially designated areas for pedestrians. Is it possible to cross the road in the wrong place? (No).
- Well done, this is dangerous for our lives and is a violation of traffic rules. Now the guys and I are sure that the cat will no longer break traffic rules and will be a competent pedestrian, like the guys and I.
