Parent meeting in the second junior group No. 1 “Joy” at the beginning of the school year.

The separation of a child from home, from relatives, from familiar conditions is severe stress. After all, the baby accepts this situation as a deprivation of parental love, protection and attention. Therefore, it is very important to make a smooth transition from

families in kindergarten.

The first days or even weeks can be difficult - the child may refuse “kindergarten” food, sleep poorly during the day, be very tired, cry a lot, look lethargic and depressed... The natural feelings of any mother are pity, compassion and, perhaps, even a feeling of guilt for the harm caused suffering.

A mother's heart breaks at the sound of a child's desperate cry. Especially when this cry accompanies her every morning for several weeks and sounds in her memory all day long. You have to go through this if you really need a kindergarten, otherwise you shouldn’t start! When you leave, leave. Don’t poison your soul by watching the site from behind the fence or listening under the door.

By the way, children most often quickly calm down immediately after their mother disappears from sight.

Introduce your child to kindergarten gradually. At first, you will only have to leave your child in the kindergarten for a few hours. You will pick it up before lunch. Gradually this interval will increase. Then you can leave the baby for lunch and pick him up before bedtime. And so gradually, if no complications arise, after 1-2 weeks you can switch to the normal regimen.

Try to bring your home regime closer to the gardener's and follow it even on weekends.

Wise fathers and mothers!

The adaptation period is not the easiest in your life and the life of your baby.

You will probably worry, and he will probably miss his mother. With time everything will get better. And it is in your power to make sure that your baby’s first path is not too bumpy.

The period of adaptation coincides with a crisis of personality development, which can be described as “I’m on my own!” The child begins to become aware of his own “I”. He strives for independence and self-affirmation. At this time, his will and self-esteem are actively developing, which is manifested in the desire to set goals and achieve them at any cost, and is also proud of his achievements. All these new features are a positive consequence of the crisis for the child.

Adaptation in our group is going well. At this time, most children have undergone adaptation to a mild degree.

2. Age and individual characteristics of children 3-4 years old.

-Do you, dear parents, know the characteristics of our children? What are children aged 3-4 years like? Each child develops differently, each has its own path and pace of development. But there is still something in common that allows us to characterize children and their age characteristics.

Progress of the meeting

1. Meeting the parents.

Educator:

Hello, dear parents. It is very nice to see you at our meeting today.

Let's get acquainted. My name is..., the second teacher's name is assistant teacher... Our main task is raising children. To do this, we need to be in constant contact with you and jointly solve problems that arise. The success of our joint work with you depends on this.

It often happens that parents of children of the same group, when meeting, do not even know each other. And this really interferes with communication. Therefore, I propose to get acquainted. (take turns saying your name and the name of your child).

Our communication will last for several years, it should be as strong as possible for the sake of the health and happiness of your children! I think you will agree with us!

We have met and now, with a good mood, we move on to serious issues.

Soon everything will be different for your children. It is very important that you, loving parents, are close to your children. Now you and I are one common team. We have to rejoice and overcome difficulties together, grow up and learn.

2. Adaptation period in kindergarten.

In the process of development, a person constantly comes into contact with both the physical and social environment. It is while in society that a person acquires individual human qualities and properties. Consequently, human adaptation is carried out through complex mechanisms of physiological, psychological and social adaptation.

When a 3-4 year old child enters a preschool institution, many changes occur in his life: a strict daily routine, the absence of parents for 9 or more hours, new requirements for behavior, constant contact with peers, a new room that hides a lot of unknowns, and therefore dangerous, a different style of communication. All these changes simultaneously create a stressful situation for him, which, without special organization, can lead to neurotic reactions (whims, fears, refusal to eat, frequent illnesses). These difficulties arise due to the fact that the baby moves from his familiar and usual family environment to the environment of a preschool institution.

The initial period of attending kindergarten is very difficult for children. To facilitate the adaptation process, it is important to pay special attention to the child during this period and prepare him for attending kindergarten in advance.

Children behave differently during this period: some cry inconsolably, others refuse to communicate with the children and the teacher, and others react quite calmly.

There are three degrees of severity of the adaptation period

easy adaptation – the child is active, there are no external changes, changes in behavior are normalized within 1-2 weeks;

adaptation of moderate severity - throughout the entire period the mood may be unstable, there may be a lack of appetite, short-term restlessness of sleep. This period lasts 20 – 40 days.

severe adaptation – lasts from 2 to 6 months. The child gets sick, loses weight, and pathological habits appear: the child bites his nails, sucks his finger.

The spiritual and emotional life of a little person is extremely complex not only on a conscious, but also on an unconscious level. We need to go through all this and we (adults) need to behave correctly at this time.

By the way, children most often quickly calm down immediately after their mother disappears from sight.

Many bring their children not to 8.00, as recommended, but directly to breakfast, or even after it, and then we will go to school not for the first lesson, but for the third, and always miss a class at the institute, and be late for work, etc. .P. In kindergarten, exercises are always carried out in the morning (kids love to jump to fun music with friends!), Children change clothes and wash their hands together, because the kindergarten is a team!

In addition to the regime, the following activities will help in preparation. Read to your child a fairy tale about how a bear or a horse went to kindergarten, what happened there, how interesting it was, what they ate there, how their bear mothers and horse mothers came back for them (not taken away). How grown up the kids have become, how smart they are, how many toys, friends, and holidays there are.

Play in kindergarten in different roles: let the baby be either a pupil, or a teacher, or a cook, or a doctor (and you or the bunny - the children).

If your child is prone to allergies to a particular product or medication, be sure to notify the kindergarten staff and make sure that this information is recorded correctly and clearly.

I also want to say that if your baby has not yet visited the kindergarten, then it is better to start gradually. There is no need to immediately leave the baby for the whole day. Even if it seems to you after a couple of days that the child is ready, this does not mean that it is so. Even after a week of normal going to kindergarten, a child may begin to become hysterical and refuse to go to kindergarten. Therefore, it is worth picking up the child early, always saying that I will definitely come, I remember you, I love you.

3. Kindergarten rules.

Now I propose to talk seriously about the rules of our garden.

Reception of children is strictly until 08.00. Opening hours from 07.00 – 19.00. There is an additional group until 20.15. Dinner at 18.15. Be sure to inform whether you will attend dinner or not in advance. We will have a table. There you will sign up for dinner for the week.

Children can be picked up by fathers and mothers, as well as persons who will be indicated in the application accompanied by a photocopy of the passport. It is prohibited for underage children, as well as persons in a drunken state, to pick up children. It is recommended to inform about leaving after illness and vacation a few days before arrival.

4. Parental asset.

Now let's select a parent asset of at least 3 people. What is it for?

Members of the parental group have very specific rights and can significantly change the stay of children in a child care institution. They are authorized:

  • monitor the conditions in which children are located (equipment and condition of playrooms, bedrooms, toilets and washrooms) and make proposals for their modernization and repair;
  • control the quality of children's nutrition;
  • control the quality of medical care in a preschool institution;
  • initiate unscheduled parent meetings;
  • attend meetings of preschool educational institutions employees (in agreement with the organizers).

Thus, members of the parent committee are in the thick of the kindergarten events. They know all the intricacies of the educational process, living conditions and nutrition of children. If they see any shortcomings or violations somewhere, they immediately make proposals to eliminate them.

Responsibilities of the parent committee

The responsibilities of the parent committee include helping preschool employees organize feedback with parents. Members of the parent committee must have sufficient strength to make a wide range of decisions and monitor their implementation. At the same time, they must be sociable and be able to find a common language with different people for the benefit of their children.

Therefore, you should not be afraid of working in the parent committee.

Conducts explanatory and advisory work among parents (legal representatives) of pupils about their rights and responsibilities.

Provides assistance in conducting mass educational events with children.

Participates in the preparation of preschool educational institutions for the new school year.

Together with the management of the preschool educational institution, it controls the organization of high-quality nutrition for children, medical care, and the organization of dietary meals for individual pupils (for medical reasons).

Provides assistance to the management of the preschool educational institution in organizing and conducting general parent meetings.

Takes part in the discussion of local acts of preschool educational institutions

Interacts with other self-government bodies and public organizations on the issue of promoting the traditions of preschool educational institutions.

The exclusive competence of the Parent Committee are:

admission of new members to the Parent Committee;

election of the Chairman;

approval of the Chairman's reports;

determination of priority areas of activity, consideration and approval of long-term programs and activity plans.

Our kindergarten is fully provided with everything necessary, toys, teaching materials, household supplies, so there is no need to collect money for the needs of the garden.

Now let's think about who might want to engage in this interesting and productive activity.

(we fill out contracts, write statements about who is picking up the children)
