Methodical techniques:
1 part. Walking in a column one at a time, at the teacher’s signal: “Stork!” - stop, raise your leg bent at the knee, arms to the sides and maintain balance for a while, then continue walking. At the teacher’s signal: “Frogs!” — children squat down and put their hands on their knees. After several repetitions, run in all directions around the room.
Part 2. General developmental exercises on chairs.
1. I. p. - sitting on a chair, hands behind your head. Arms to the sides, up, to the sides; return to the starting position (5 times).
2. I. p. - sitting on a chair, legs apart, hands on the belt. arms to the sides, tilt to the right (left); straighten up, arms to the sides, return to the starting position (5 times).
3. I. p. - sitting on a chair, legs together, arms resting on the sides of the chair.
Raise your right (left) leg forward and up, lower it; return to the starting position (6 times).
4. I. p. - sitting on a chair, legs apart, hands behind the head. arms to the sides, lean forward towards the right (left) leg, touch the toes of the right (left) leg with your fingers. Straighten up, arms to the sides, return to the starting position (4 times).
5. I. p. - standing behind a chair, hold onto its back with both hands with an overhand grip. Sit down, slowly spread your knees to the sides; stand up, return to the starting position (4-5 times).
6. I. p. - standing sideways to the chair, arms freely. Jumping around a chair on two legs, in both directions at the teacher's count. After a series of jumps, a short pause and repetition of the jumps.
Main types of movements.
Jumping from hoop to hoop (5-6 hoops) on two legs, 3-4 times. 2. Rolling balls between objects (cubes, skittles), 3-4 times. The teacher places hoops on both sides of the hall in one line on
at a distance of 0.5 m from one another. Children in two columns perform jumps from hoop to hoop. The teacher removes the hoops and places cubes (skittles) in two lines (4-5 pieces each). Children take one ball (large diameter) from the box and roll it between objects. After completing the exercise, straighten up, raise the ball above your head and walk to the end of your column (2-3 times).
